Association Government

Townes at Hunton Park is governed by a board of directors each of which is elected to a specific term by the association members. Board members typically take lead responsibility to oversee and address various operational issues. The Board is responsible for community leadership, architectural control, covenant enforcement, community events, accounting and finance, operation and maintenance of recreation facilities.  In addition, Committees and Task Forces can be formed as necessary to address special topics.
